Halbach arrays use a defined arrangement of permanent magnet segments with changing magnetization directions. The arrangement concentrates magnetic flux on one side while reducing the field on the opposite side.
Available Configurations
The audited SDM source documents linear, circular and segmented Halbach arrangements, including inside-diameter and outside-diameter configurations. The geometry and magnetization pattern must be evaluated for each application.
